Note on gender-neutral language on our website
When designing our website, we attach great importance to clear and comprehensible communication. To improve readability, we use gender-specific terms in some areas, such as the masculine or feminine form. This serves the purpose of simplification and is intended to promote the flow of reading.
However, we would like to emphasise that we always address all genders with these formulations. Regardless of whether the masculine, feminine or any other form is used, all people are always meant. Our aim is to ensure an inclusive and respectful approach.
The decision to refrain from using gender-neutral language throughout is based on our endeavour to maintain the comprehensibility of our content. We are aware that the German language offers a wide range of possibilities for expressing gender equality in language. Nevertheless, we have opted for this approach in order to optimise readability.
We value the diversity of our users and want everyone to feel equally addressed. If you have any suggestions or feedback on our choice of language, we would be delighted to hear from you. Your opinion is important to us and helps us to continuously improve our communication.
Thank you for your understanding and support.
